Currently residing in Virginia, Morena Cuadra is a journalist, a trained chef and wine expert, and has edited and published several magazines and book collections in Peru. She’s a founding member of the Peruvian Guild of Wine Specialists, and directed a cooking school in Lima until 2008. Morena and her daughter, also named Morena, created Peru Delights, a food blog where they write about their country`s cuisine, which they consider to be one of the best kept cultural treasures in the world.
