September 16th is the most important day for all Mexicans, and this year, 2010, it’s more important than ever because the country is celebrating 200 years of independence. Throughout the year, and especially in September, the Patriotic Month, there will be celebrations full of color, culture and of course, delicious Mexican food at the center of festive gatherings.
