1¼ cups MASECA® corn masa flour
1 cup rice flour
2½ cups sugar
1½ cups dried cranberries
1 tablespoon baking powder
4 eggs
1 cup milk
½ pound butter
½ cup white chocolate

Preheat oven 350°F (170°C).
Using a mixer with whisk attachment, cream butter and sugar until smooth; add eggs one by one. Add MASECA® corn masa flour, rice flour, baking powder, and milk. Finally, add cranberries and white chocolate. The dough will be a bit dry.
Use a spatula to fill a greased and floured cake pan to ¾ capacity (cake will rise in the oven).
Bake 40-50 minutes. Cool and remove from pan.
