1½ cups MASECA® corn masa flour
9 egg whites
1 2/3 cups powdered sugar
1 cup melted butter
1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 250°F.
Whisk egg whites with powdered sugar until frothy. Add MASECA®, melted butter, and vanilla extract; mix until well blended and batter is smooth.
Place a silicone mat over a baking sheet. Drop tablespoonfuls of batter on the silicone mat and spread into circles using the back of a large spoon.
Bake in pre-heated oven for 45 minutes or until golden. Remove from oven, and while cookies are still warm and flexible, mold into desired shapes before they cool. (Cookies are flexible only when warm). Serve with your favorite ice creams.
