2 cups MASECA® corn masa flour
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
2 teaspoon baking powder
¼ cup butter
1½ cups milk
In a bowl, combine MASECA®, eggs, baking powder, sugar, butter, and milk; mix until all ingredients are well combined.

Lightly grease a skillet and cook each hot cake over medium heat on both sides for about one to two minutes or until ready.

Serve with butter, maple syrup, or your favorite marmalade.
For variety, try adding chocolate chips, blueberries, or fried bacon bits to the batter.
